Amazon Marketplace Manager (Virtual Assistant) – Long Term
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Specialist to help manage and grow our Amazon store. This is a long-term position with growth potential for the right person.
Responsibilities
* Create, optimize, and manage Amazon product listings (SEO-focused)
* Keyword research for better ranking and visibility
* Manage Amazon PPC campaigns (setup, optimization, scaling)
* Monitor and improve product performance (sales, conversion rate, CTR)
* Handle Amazon Seller Central operations (FBA/FBM)
* Improve product rankings and organic traffic
* Assist with product launches and scaling strategies
* Monitor account health and resolve listing issues if needed
Requirements
* Minimum 2–3 years experience with Amazon Seller Central
* Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO and keyword research
* Experience with Amazon PPC (campaign setup & optimization)
* Experience with FBA product launches is a big plus
* Able to analyze data and make improvement decisions
* Good English communication skills
* Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
* Experience with Amazon Brand Analytics
* Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa
* Experience with multi-marketplace expansion (EU, US, etc.)
* Basic knowledge of product research and private label brands
Trial Task (Paid)
We will start with a small paid trial project:
* Optimize 1 product listing OR
* Review and improve PPC campaign OR
* Create keyword research report for 1 product

If successful, this role can grow into a full-time position managing multiple products and scaling an Amazon brand.
