Amazing Web Developer/SEO Optimization

My name is Justin Morgan, owner of Morgan lawn and Services LLC, which is a small - medium sized Lawn Care and Landscaping company that is growing and seeking an experienced and excited individual to join our team and grow with us! We are seeking someone to build and manage a new website along with SEO optimization, social media management and potentially more!

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Create new website using WordPress, Square Space or other SEO friendly platform
2. Manage new website keeping it performing at high level, including mobile version
3. SEO Optimization and keeping Google Search rankings consistently high for local areas
4. Providing daily reports of worked completed
5. Social Media management for Facebook and Instagram including content creation and content calendar

Technical Skill Requirements:
1. At least 2 years experience with WordPress, or chosen web building platform
2. At least 2 years experience with SEO Optimization and maintaining high search results in local areas
3. Building content calendar for Social Media and performing regular posts on Facebook and Instagram
4. Providing daily reports of work done on the previous work day
5. Provide portfolio or examples of websites you have created

Basic Skills Required:
1. English speaking
2. Familiar or proficient in following software's:
a) Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
b) Microsoft Word or Google Docs
d) Google Calendar

Other Skills Preferred:
1. Ability to create email addresses using websites domain name
2. Willingness to grow with company and provide similar services for other business ventures
3. Creativity in content creation and willingness to share ideas
4. Experience in content creation software's such as Canva

Schedule:
This is a part time position with opportunity for full time hours depending on the skillset and interest of the applicant and the company’s needs.

Our main focus is creating and managing a new website along with SEO optimization and then Social Media Management. However, it is possible that other tasks will arise and be asked of you to handle if your skills and interests align.

You will be asked to work Monday through Friday but may be on your time as long as daily reports are sent at the end of each shift. A meeting once a week is also required and may be outside of your standard workday time.

Benefits
Earn 13 month pay as long as employment has been for a minimum of 6 months prior to December 1
Earn 1 day of sick leave and 1 day of PTO per month after 6 month probation period

Salary:
$7-$11 per hour
