???? About the Role

You’ll be supporting clients with daily e-commerce and creative tasks.
Your work will include:

Creating social media designs in Canva

Editing and repurposing short-form videos using VEO3

Doing product research for e-commerce stores (Facebook Ad Library, TikTok, AliExpress, etc.)

Managing data entry and organizing spreadsheets

Working with Shopify (adding products, editing product info, uploading creatives)

Communicating clearly with clients through Slack, WhatsApp, or Loom

All tasks will come with clear SOPs and guidance — you just need to bring your focus and energy.

Before you start with clients, you’ll complete our All-In VA Training Program, which includes:

Canva Tutorial – 10 Best Design Hacks & Tools

VEO3 Tutorial – Short-Form Video Editing

Lessons on product research, data organization, and Shopify basics.

We’ll guide you step-by-step so you can start strong and confident.

Solid understanding of Canva (or fast learner)

Willingness to learn and use VEO3

Familiar with Shopify and e-commerce tasks

Strong attention to detail (data entry accuracy matters!)

Good English communication (written & spoken)

Positive mindset and proactive attitude

Reliable internet connection
