We're a digital marketing company based in Hawaii seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant with strong administrative and accounting capabilities to join our remote team.
What You'll Do:
- Manage bookkeeping and accounting tasks to keep our finances organized and accurate
- Handle CRM management using GoHighLevel (training provided)
- Follow up with clients to ensure excellent service and satisfaction
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to streamline operations
- Provide administrative support that makes our clients' jobs easier
- Work with AI tools for content creation including social media posts and email writing
- Organize and maintain client information and documentation
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Bookkeeping and accounting experience (QuickBooks experience is a major plus)
- Excellent follow-up and client communication abilities
- Fluent English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with eagerness to learn new systems and tools
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with CRM systems or AI tools is helpful but not required
