Airtable + Make.com Developer (Automation & Integration Specialist)

We need a full time (work from home) developer to help us build a fully connected business operating system for a growing construction company — powered by Airtable, ---------- , ---------- , and other no/low code tools.
You’ll design and automate workflows across sales, quoting, scheduling, and finance — turning manual processes into seamless digital systems.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a developer or automation developer focusing on business process optimization.
- Financial Acumen: Strong working knowledge of financial processes (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory/Job Costing).
- Airtable Mastery: Extensive experience architecting, building, and maintaining complex business applications within Airtable (including scripting, interfaces, and advanced formulas).
- Integration Expert: Highly proficient with ---------- (Integromat) and API connections to build reliable, multi-step automated workflows.
- Broad Business Acumen: Must demonstrate experience tackling and solving complex, real-world business problems across multiple departments (not just technical implementation).
- Communication & Simplicity: Exceptional ability to communicate technical requirements and reduce overwhelming complexity into simple, elegant, and maintainable systems.
