Airtable Interfaces & Automation Expert (Freelance / Part-Time)

We are The Design Haus, a fast-growing floral design studio known for our high-end weddings and events in Dallas, Houston, Hill Country, and Atlanta. We’re scaling quickly and streamlining our backend operations—especially our Airtable systems—and we need expert-level help.

????? What We Need:
We’re looking for an Airtable expert with proven experience building Interfaces, Automations, and Streamlined Workflows for operations and sales teams. You’ll help build dashboards, client pipelines, task automations, and integrate tools like Calendly, Paperform, and Details Flowers into Airtable.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Build and optimize Airtable Interfaces for Sales & Operations teams

Set up automations (e.g., Slack notifications, email reminders, task triggers)

Connect third-party tools like Paperform, Calendly, Google Workspace, Details Flowers, Zapier

Organize data structures across multiple regional bases (Dallas, Houston, Hill Country, Atlanta)

Create scalable templates and SOPs for the team to follow

Provide proactive suggestions for improvements

???? Requirements:

Proven experience in advanced Airtable builds (links to samples or portfolio preferred)

Deep knowledge of Airtable Interfaces + Automations

Experience with Zapier, Paperform, Calendly, or similar tools

Strong English communication skills

Ability to problem-solve independently and work with minimal supervision

Reliable and detail-oriented

Part-time, flexible hours (project-based to start)
