We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Virtual Property Manager to handle the "A-Z" management of our Airbnb/short-term rental portfolio, assist with our long-term rentals, and support our daily business operations. We require someone with specific, independent experience in end-to-end Airbnb operations who can provide 24/7 coverage for guest monitoring and emergency responses, alongside handling various administrative tasks for our growing company, IBC Bee LLC.
As part of our interview process, we’d like you to submit a short video recording answering the questions below. This helps us better understand your communication style, your technical expertise in property management, and your overall fit for the role.

Questions:

1. Tell us about your "A-Z" Airbnb experience. What specific software, channel managers, or dynamic pricing tools (like Guesty, Hospitable, PriceLabs) are you highly proficient in, and what is the maximum number of listings you have managed at once?

2. This role requires 24/7 coverage for guest emergencies. How do you technically configure your phone notifications and alerts to guarantee you will instantly wake up and resolve an urgent guest issue (like a lockout) at 2:00 AM?

3. To protect our properties, what is your exact guest-screening process? What specific "red flags" do you look for to spot and block bad guests or unauthorized party bookings before they check in?

4. Describe a difficult remote crisis you handled. Tell us about a time a major operational disaster occurred (e.g., a severe maintenance failure or a cleaner missing a tight turnaround) and the exact steps you took to resolve it while saving the 5-star review.

5. How do you handle the administrative side of the business? Beyond Airbnb, what experience do you have with general business admin, such as managing a business owner's schedule, tracking expenses, updating spreadsheets, or coordinating contractors?
