Agentic Workflow Engineer (OpenClaw + Business Automation) — Long-Term Partner

About Us

We run a high-performance real estate business and are building an AI-first operating system.
We use OpenClaw and multi-agent workflows to automate execution, reporting, follow-up, and accountability.

We want a partner in crime who can architect, ship, and continuously improve agentic systems that produce measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Build

You will design and maintain production-grade automations for:

• CRM/database organization and enrichment
• Lead scoring (likelihood to sell/buy)
• AI texting and follow-up workflows (human-in-the-loop)
• Market intel briefs (daily/weekly)
• Call transcription + AI training coach from successful calls
• Morning debrief summaries and accountability workflows
• KPI dashboards and alerting
• Task creation + owner assignment + overdue tracking
• Internal software tooling where off-the-shelf tools fall short

Core Responsibilities

• Architect agentic workflows (planning, tool-calling, memory/state, retries, approvals)
• Build deterministic pipelines (not just prompt chains)
• Integrate APIs, CRMs, email/SMS, and dashboards
• Implement fail-safe operations (dedupe, idempotency, no-double-send, scheduling reliability)
• Improve quality and speed over time through audit loops
• Document everything clearly for non-technical operators

Must-Have Skills

• OpenClaw workflows and skills (or ability to ramp fast)
• Agent frameworks: LangGraph / CrewAI / AutoGen / OpenAI Agents SDK (strong in at least one)
• Automation stack: n8n / Make / Zapier + custom scripting
• Python + API integrations + webhook patterns
• LLMOps fundamentals: prompt design, evaluation, guardrails, observability
• Strong debugging mindset and production reliability habits

Nice-to-Have

• Lobster workflow shell experience (typed pipelines, approval gates)
• Playwright/browser automation
• CRM automation experience (real estate preferred)
• KPI/BI dashboard implementation
• Voice/call analytics systems

• Fewer manual admin hours/week

• Clear KPI visibility
• Reliable daily briefing workflows (no duplicate/missed sends)
• At least 2 automations with measurable revenue impact
