Agency Project Manager

???? Part-Time Digital Project Manager (Web Agency) – $600/month, 20 hrs/week
We’re a growing web design & marketing agency looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented project manager to keep our website and marketing projects on track. If you’re comfortable inside Notion, good with deadlines, and can coordinate a small team of developers, designers, and contractors — this role is for you.

? What You’ll Be Doing
Manage website and funnel projects using our internal Notion dashboard

Move projects through defined phases (Lead ? Onboarding ? Design ? Development ? Launch)

Assign pre-defined tasks per phase using our Notion templates

Coordinate with contractors to ensure tasks are completed on time

Track deadlines and follow up proactively when things are behind

Keep project data organized (due dates, links, assets, statuses)

Communicate updates and blockers via Slack or Loom

Keep clients out of chaos by keeping us ahead of schedule

???? What We’re Looking For
Excellent written communication in English (Slack & Notion)

Very comfortable working in Notion — or can learn fast

Experience managing digital/web projects with moving parts

Strong sense of follow-up, structure, and urgency

Available Monday–Friday, 3–4 hours per day, ideally overlapping with US time (MST or close)

Familiarity with Web Design or Marketing Agencies

Experience with Slack, Loom, Google Drive, Figma, Trello

Working knowledge of ChatGPT or other AI tools (for writing summaries, drafting messages, process documentation, etc.)

Past work managing remote contractors (developers, designers, etc.)
