# Affiliate Program Manager (Part-Time)

We are looking for a proactive and reliable **Affiliate Program Manager** to help grow and develop our affiliate marketing program.

This role is perfect for someone who is autonomous, organized, results-driven, and enjoys building partnerships. We want someone who can take ownership of our affiliate program, bring new ideas, recruit quality affiliates, and help increase revenue.

### Responsibilities

* Manage affiliate platforms such as **Awin** and **FlexOffers**
* Recruit, onboard, and support new affiliates
* Build strong relationships with affiliates and partners
* Identify new partnership opportunities
* Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns
* Track results and provide simple performance reports
* Suggest and implement strategies to grow affiliate revenue
* Help develop and strengthen our brand through affiliate partnerships

### Requirements

* Experience with affiliate marketing platforms (Awin, FlexOffers, or similar)
* Strong communication and outreach skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Proactive mindset with a focus on growth and results
* Comfortable finding solutions and taking initiative

### Nice to Have

* Experience recruiting affiliates and publishers
* Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or digital products
* Proven success growing affiliate programs

### Compensation

* **$200/month base salary**
* **Performance-based commissions and bonuses**
* Additional compensation available for strong performers and revenue growth milestones
