Affiliate Operations Manager for Creator Community

We are hiring a Philippines-based Affiliate Operations Manager to help build a creator affiliate community for Craggy Games, a tabletop game company.

This role is for someone who likes creator research, outreach, TikTok Shop affiliate work, spreadsheets, follow-ups, light Shopify coordination, and community building. It is not a general social media posting role.

You will help us find creators who can make a game look fun in real life: game nights, friend groups, family tables, party games, couples content, college apartments, gift guides, tabletop reviewers, and TikTok Shop product recommenders.

Daily work:
- Find qualified creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Research real posts and d ---------- if the creator fits.
- Score and organize creator prospects.
- Draft short, human outreach messages for approval.
- Track replies, follow-ups, samples, affiliate setup, posted content, and sales.
- Help set up affiliate links/codes and coordinate sample orders when creators are approved.
- Help creators understand what kind of content works.
- Help us notice standout creators who could become bigger partners over time.
- Flag brand-safety issues before outreach.

You should be good at:
- Written English
- Creator, influencer, affiliate, or UGC outreach
- TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram, or creator research
- Spreadsheets, CRMs, Airtable, Notion, or similar tracking
- Shopify or ecommerce order coordination
- Staying organized without being micromanaged
- Writing simply and naturally

Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop Affiliate, Social Snowball, Refersion, GoAffPro, Klaviyo, creator seeding, UGC, creator communities, or influencer campaigns is a plus.

Schedule:
30-40 hours/week. Must be able to overlap 2-3 hours with U.S. Eastern time on weekdays.

Pay:
USD $900-$1,400/month depending on experience. Higher is possible for someone with proven TikTok Shop affiliate or creator partnership results.
