About Us
We run two growing brands, one in beauty and one in men's clothing. Both grow the same way: the right creators making the right content equals sales. We already have creators making sales, so the model is proven. We need a real operator to scale it across both brands.
The Role
You'll own and grow our creator and affiliate programs for both brands. The mission is simple to describe and hard to execute: find great creators, onboard them fast, and keep them making content that converts. Success is easy to measure here. Right creators making content equals sales. There is nowhere to hide and that is the point.
What You'll Own
Sourcing and recruiting creators who fit each brand's audience
Onboarding creators and getting them posting quickly
Managing creator relationships and keeping content flowing consistently
Tracking performance, spotting what works, and doubling down on it
Building repeatable systems so the program scales across both brands
Who We're Looking For
A players only. People who move fast, take ownership, and obsess over results
Experience running affiliate, influencer, or creator programs
A communicator creators actually want to work with
Organized enough to manage many relationships at once without dropping any
A self-starter who does not need to be managed
