Advertising Video Editor + Graphic Designer

Hello! Thank you for checking our job posting. My name is Michael. I am the CEO and owner of GrubTerra we are a small company with currently four employees (including myself). We are focused on the backyard chicken space. We currently sell chicken treats. We are soon to be launching dog treats along with layer feeds for chickens as well. Our company focuses on integrity, honesty, autonomy, optimism, and accountability.

The job: we are hiring for is a Video Grapher to create advertisements for our paid advertising channels by splicing videos from our customers and influencers we work with into a cohesive advertisement we can use to run on FB Google and Youtube. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week with the ability to work more if you would like to make more money.

Salary+ Bonuses: Currently, we are paying between $4 and $6 depending on skill ability and past work experience. After 6 months, we offer growth percentage bonuses where for every 1% we grow per month you will receive a $15 bonus per percentage. We also offer an automatic salary increase of $0.10 for every 500 hours worked. This will kick in after the 6-month point as well, but all hours logged before will be counted.

Job Tasks:
Cutting and editing video material to create advertisements.
Working cohesively within a team.
Editing photos.
Graphic design for new ---------- oto editing for new products.
Wanting to learn new skills.
