- Client onboarding including helping set up Meta BM and ad accounts, Google ad accounts and getting us partner access
- Implementing marketing plans developed by our strategist
- Collaborating internally to develop new client marketing plans
- Briefing copywriters, graphic designers and media buyers
- Sending copy and creative to clients for proofing and passing on feedback to our designers and copywriters
- Ensuring clients receive regular updates and reports created by our contractors
This is a key role in our business and help ensure clients get the highest levels of service, and their advertising campaigns are constantly being optimised for best performance.
To be considered for the role you will need...
- Great English communication skills
- A desire to to give the highest level of service

- Focus on getting results for customers
- Understanding of Meta Business Manager ( you won't be setting up ad campaigns, but you will be helping clients set up their BM and give us Partner Access)
- Basic understanding of Google ads ( you won't be setting up Google ads, but you'll need to help clients set up their accounts and add them to our MCC)
- Available to work during Australian business hours.
