Advanced Website Builder - Elementor Pro

I am looking for an advanced website builder who can be trustworthy / fast / expert. I need someone who can build sites fast and isn't a beginner.

I have a project that I need finished up by another VA who screwed me over. You must be able to build a page a day at least.

Here are the details
- pay is biweekly
- we use a time tracker
- pay on either remilty or wise
- start is asap
- Google chat will be the way of communication or email
