Client Research – Researching clients and their industry to guide content

Script Writing (AI-Assisted) – Using our AI tools and data to help generate short-form video scriptsMonthly data reports from social media clients and built on google slides ready to present

Lead Intake & Follow-Up – Logging new leads, tagging, and booking sales calls through GoHighLevel

CEO Briefings – Daily + weekly updates on projects, leads, and bottlenecks

Inbox & Calendar Management – Keeping Alec’s inbox clear and calendar tight

File & Asset Organization – Managing Google Drive + ---------- structure for client and internal content

Client Onboarding & Offboarding – Setting up new clients, organizing assets, and sending final deliverables

Creative Admin Support – Helping editors stay organized with timecodes, assets, and briefs

Project Management: Making sure contractors and tea ---------- mbers hit their deadlines for each project
