Advanced Short-Form Video Editor for Social Media Content

We are looking for a highly skilled short-form video editor who can join our team in a long-term, full-time role.

This position is for someone who already has strong editing ability and wants to be part of a growing company where there is real opportunity to move up, earn more, and take on more responsibility over time.

We are not looking for basic editors, template editors, or people who only know how to make simple CapCut-style videos. We need someone who can create polished, high-retention short-form content with strong pacing, clean captions, smooth transitions, motion graphics, sound design, and an overall professional feel.

Do not apply if these examples feel too advanced, intimidating, or outside of your current skill level. We are looking for an editor who either already edits at this level or is very close and confident they can match this style with direction.

You should be experienced with at least one of the following editing programs:

Adobe Premiere Pro
DaVinci Resolve
Final Cut Pro

Experience with After Effects, motion graphics, animated captions, kinetic typography, and sound design is a big plus.

The position will begin with a paid trial period so we can see if your editing style, communication, speed, and reliability are a good fit. If the trial goes well, this can become a full-time long-term position with room for raises, promotions, and more responsibility inside the company.
