Advanced Excel Automation Specialist (VBA & Logic Engine Expert)

Project Objective: We are looking for a top-tier Excel Developer to build a fully automated, "Plug and Play" Training & Scheduling System for offshore operations. We need a logic-driven engine, not just a spreadsheet.

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Plug & Play Integration: Build a system where raw data (Crew Rosters & Gap Reports) can be pasted and processed instantly via Power Query or VBA.

• Logical Planning Formulas: Automate training schedules based on "Work Instructions" (e.g., syncing with Sign-on/Sign-off dates).

• Operational Conflict Logic: Create formulas that prevent critical personnel (e.g., Driller & Asst. Driller) from being scheduled for training simultaneously.

• Financial Dashboards: Automated budget forecasting and cost-saving trackers.
