Note: This role is primarily focused on InDesign work, but you will also be called upon to support other areas of the business when projects are slow or when the team needs help.

Primary Responsibilities – Adobe InDesign Design Work (Digital and Print Products)

Additional Responsibilities – As Needed

Social Media Support:

-Create social media graphics and posts for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
-Schedule posts using tools
-Assist with promotional graphics for product launches

Graphic Design Team Support:

-Assist other graphic designers on the team with overflow work
-Help with file organization, formatting, and quality checks
-Convert or resize designs for different platforms or print specifications

General Creative Tasks:

-Create mockups for product listings
-Design promotional materials (banners, flyers, email graphics)
-Assist with product listings and thumbnails
-Other design-related tasks as assigned

Requirements
Must Have:

-Expert-level Adobe InDesign skills (this is NON-negotiable)
-Experience creating multi-page documents
-Knowledge of hyperlinking
-Ability to create print-ready PDFs and digital interactive PDFs
-Strong attention to detail and clean, professional design aesthetic
-Reliable internet and computer setup
-Flexible and willing to take on tasks outside of InDesign work

Nice to Have:

-Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
-Familiarity with Canva (for simpler edits)
-Understanding of what sells
-Social media design experience
-Experience with mockup creation

What We Offer
-Consistent, ongoing work (not just one-off projects)
-Clear feedback and communication
-Opportunity to grow your hours and rate based on performance

A supportive team environment
Variety of work to keep things interesting

How to Apply
Please include:

1. Your resume
2. Portfolio samples showing InDesign work (multi-page layouts preferred)
3. Your honest answer: How many hours per week are you available? What are you currently working on?

Screening Questions:

1. How many years have you been using Adobe InDesign?
2. Are you comfortable doing tasks outside of InDesign (social media graphics, team support, etc.)? (Yes/No)

This is for immediate hiring.
