The ideal candidate must be familiar with the day-to-day operations of a real estate team and have a solid understanding of transaction coordination, listing management, and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Uploading and organizing transaction documents for compliance
Reviewing and comparing listing documents for accuracy
Updating and maintaining our CRM system (Brivity) with precision
Performing various real estate-related administrative tasks as assigned
Strong CRM experience is essential. Familiarity with Brivity or similar real estate CRMs is highly preferred. You should be comfortable managing client and transaction data, automating follow-up processes, and ensuring that all information in the system is accurate and up to date.
This is a remote position, so the ability to work independently, stay organized, and communicate clearly is a must.
