About Taft Systems

Taft Systems is a US-based HighLevel support and fulfillment company. We support marketing agencies across the country with HighLevel builds, technical support, and account management. Our shared inbox is the front door to our company — and we need someone who takes that seriously.

What You'll Do

You own inbound client communication across email and SMS. That means monitoring our shared inbox, responding to client emails and text messages within SLA, and handling short phone calls for clients who have questions about phone number porting and setup. When applying please use the word Dragonfly in your subject line. You are not a technical builder — you are a clear, professional communicator who knows when to answer and when to escalate.

This is a high-volume role. We receive 400–500 emails per day. You need to be fast, organized, and consistent — not just occasionally on top of things.


Monitor and respond to shared inbox emails and SMS — target response within 2 hours during shift hours
Handle 15-minute phone or video calls with clients who have questions about phone porting
Draft responses using approved templates; flag anything outside your scope to the Director of Operations
Maintain inbox organization and flag urgent items immediately
Log all communications in our system within 24 hours


What We're Looking For


Strong written and spoken English — clients are US-based agency owners
Proven ability to manage high email volume without things slipping — this is non-negotiable
Professional, calm phone presence — you must be comfortable on short calls
Organized and reliable — inbox coverage must be consistent during shift hours
Basic familiarity with HighLevel is a plus, but not required at hire
Reliable internet connection and a quiet call environment are required


Hours

Full-time. 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET. All tea ---------- mbers are required to attend a daily Zoo ---------- eting with camera on. This is a condition of employment.
