We're seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support a growing home services company based in the United States. This role plays a key part in keeping daily operations running efficiently by providing administrative, documentation, and process support to the management team.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. This position focuses primarily on operational and administrative functions rather than direct customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices, service-related documents, and various administrative forms
- Process warranty registrations and maintain accurate tracking records
- Complete rebate submissions and gather required supporting documentation
- Update, organize, and maintain information across internal systems and databases
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content
- Provide support for administrative and operational initiatives
- Assist office management with daily coordination and workflow activities
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Track ongoing tasks and help ensure projects remain on schedule
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency efforts

Requirements:
- Prior experience with related industries (HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Electrical Services, Solar Energy, Construction, Other home service, maintenance, or trade-related businesses)
- Previous experience in a support role such as Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar position
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Comfortable learning new software, platforms, and business systems
- Experience working with CRM systems, project management tools, and AI-powered productivity applications
