We are a US based company seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support planning, communications, project management, and marketing campaign monitoring. This role is ideal for someone who excels at turning loose instructions into clean execution, asking the right questions, keeping systems organized, and helping a fast-moving consulting team stay on track.
The Admin Assistant will work closely with leadership to manage inboxes, track tasks in ClickUp, monitor marketing campaigns, and handle recurring operational work.

| Core Duties and Responsibilities |
1.
(a) Triage and organize inboxes (flag urgent items, draft replies, archive low-priority threads)
(b) Draft professional
(c) Schedule meetings and manage calendar coordination
(d) Track follow-ups and ensure responses don’t fall through the cracks
2. Planning & Task Coordination (ClickUp)
(a) Create, update, and maintain tasks in ClickUp
(b) Translate meeting notes or Slack messages into clear action items
(c) Track deadlines and send reminders proactively
(d) Maintain task hygiene (owners, due dates, status updates)
3. Project Management Support
(a) Maintain simple project timelines and checklists
(b) Track progress across multiple small initiatives
(c) Flag risks, blockers, or overdue items early
(d) Prepare weekly status summaries for leadership
4. Marketing Campaign Monitoring (Meta & Google)
(a) Monitor campaign dashboards for spend, pacing, and performance
(b) Flag anomalies (spend spikes, sudden CPL changes, paused ads)
(c) Pull weekly performance snapshots into simple summaries
(d) Coordinate with leadership on campaign adjustments (no ad creation required initially)
