We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Virtual Assistant who is highly proficient in LinkedIn and can support daily administrative operations, lead management, and professional networking activities.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable using LinkedIn for prospect research, profile management, networking, lead generation support, and professional outreach while also handling administrative and organizational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain administrative tasks and daily operational support
Conduct research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn
Assist with LinkedIn outreach, connection requests, and follow-up activities
Manage and update CRM systems and lead databases
Organize prospect information, contact records, and communication history
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Support inbox management and administrative coordination
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and tracking documents
Maintain organized workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks
Assist with ad-hoc administrative and business support tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an Admin Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
Strong proficiency in LinkedIn, including prospect research and professional networking
Experience with CRM systems and lead management
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
