Credit Repair Virtual Assistant (Advanced Dispute Specialist)

About Us
We are a growing U.S.-based credit repair company looking for an experienced Credit Repair Virtual Assistant who understands advanced dispute strategies and can help our clients achieve real results.
We are NOT looking for someone who only sends template disputes.
We need someone who understands factual-based disputing, Metro 2 compliance, CFPB complaints, client communication, and credit repair software.
Responsibilities
Review and analyze credit reports
Identify inaccurate and unverifiable reporting
Draft factual dispute letters
Prepare CFPB complaints when necessary
Identify Metro 2 compliance issues
Update client files and dispute tracking
Manage client accounts inside Credit Repair Cloud
Upload and organize documents
Communicate with clients via
Maintain dispute schedules and follow-up timelines
Track bureau and creditor responses
Required Experience
