We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with car dealerships in New Zealand and Australia.

This is not a senior copywriter role.
This is a trained execution role with clear frameworks, examples, ongoing feedback, and tracked metrics.
If you are coachable, detail-oriented, and want to grow in performance marketing, this role is a great opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Writing short-form engaging ad scripts (10–30 seconds)
2. Creating multiple hook variations per script
3. Rewriting and improving scripts based on feedback
4. Following proven ad frameworks (provided)
5. Writing fast, clean, and clearly structured scripts
What We’re Looking For
? Strong written English (THIS IS A MUST)
? Experience writing short-form content
? Understands basic hooks and CTAs
? Can follow instructions and frameworks closely
? Open to feedback and revisions
? Reliable and consistent
Bonus (not required):
1, Experience with Meta/Facebook ads
2. Marketing or copywriting background
