Join an Australian home services company providing plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, and maintenance services across Victoria. We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Administration Coordinator who enjoys working from home and thrives in a structured, process-driven environment.
What will you be doing
Review and process supplier invoices accurately
Match and upload supplier invoices to ServiceM8 jobs
Maintain payment registers and supplier records
Monitor missing invoices and follow up on outstanding documentation
Assist with supplier invoice reconciliations and account enquiries
Update spreadsheets, reports, and tracking registers
Maintain digital filing systems and compliance records
Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and wider team
Who we are looking for
At least 3 years of experience in accounts administration, accounts payable, or finance administration
Experience with ServiceM8, Xero, or the trades industry
Australian accounts or administration experience is an advantage
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Good written English and communication skills
