**About Us:**
We are a busy Australian accounting firm looking for a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to support our daily operations and client management tasks.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist with client onboarding and document collection
* Manage
* Data entry into Xero and internal systems
* Support ATO and ASIC administrative tasks
* Maintain and update client records
* General administrative support to the accounting team
**Requirements:**
* Previous admin or accounting assistant experience
* Strong organisational skills
* Good written and spoken English
* Experience with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
**Preferred (Nice to Have):**
* Experience with Xero or bookkeeping
* Experience working remotely for international clients
**Salary:**
?20,000 – ?30,000 per month (based on experience)
