Accountant/ Financial Advisor (Part-Time)

Charles Holdings LLC is a growing business specializing in short-term rentals, business consulting, real estate investing etc. We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Accountant to join our team and help us take our business to the next level.


The Virtual Accountant will play a crucial role in improving our financial strategy, including giving proper direction on how to invest, save, and budget finances effectively for business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with a focus on strategic financial planning and investment analysis.

Responsibilities:
Accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow ---------- velop and manage a detailed budget.
Create a debt management plan to reduce and manage debt effectively.
Conduct regular cash flow analysis to identify potential issues and make necessary adjustments.
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and laws, including filing taxes on time and taking advantage of all available deductions and credits.
Analyze potential investments, including calculating ROI and assessing risks.
Provide strategic financial advice, including how to invest, save, and budget finances effectively for business ---------- t up automatic payments for recurring bills to improve credit score.
Assist in establishing an emergency fund for the business.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred but not required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software, preferably QuickBooks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
High ethical standards and professionalism.
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
