About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Remote Account Manager to own client relationships from onboarding to campaign optimization. You’ll lead strategy, guide execution, and be the primary bridge between clients and our internal teams. Your mission: ensure every campaign is aligned, optimized, and delivering measurable results.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for multiple client accounts, building trust and long-term partnerships.
- Lead client onboarding, strategy sessions, and ongoing performance reviews.
- Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), messaging frameworks, and outbound playbooks tailored to each client.
- Craft, test, and refine cold call scripts and outbound email templates using live BDR feedback and campaign metrics.
- Align and brief BDRs on ICPs, scripts, goals, and expectations for smooth execution.
- Analyze campaign data to identify insights and recommend strategic improvements.
- Continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and workflows for maximum impact.
- Present clear, actionable performance updates to clients.
- Coordinate with the List Building Team to ensure high-quality prospect lists.
- Collaborate with Operations to implement tools, processes, and best practices across campaigns.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of hands-on B2B cold calling experience—you know what works on the phone.
- 2+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or Campaign Management (B2B services, lead generation, or sales outsourcing preferred).
- Strong copywriting and scripting skills for cold calls and outbound emails.
- Solid understanding of outbound prospecting, including cold calling, cold email, and ICP development.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts with precision and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working remotely with tools like HubSpot, Slack, Coda, Calendly, Nooks, Aircall, and similar platforms.
- Tech-savvy, with experience leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows.

- Base Pay: USD 1,500/month
- On-Target Earnings: Up to USD 2,000/month (performance-based bonuses)
