Surge Marketing runs lead generation for service businesses across the United States — and our ads work. Our clients get leads at costs that beat their industry. The gap we're hiring you to close isn't traffic; it's the relationship. We're looking for a top-tier Client Account Manager to become the trusted voice our clients hear every week — the person who shows them the wins, keeps them working their leads, and makes them never want to leave.
This is a high-trust, client-facing role. You are the face of Surge to our book of business.
What you'll own:
Run weekly ~15-minute check-in calls (video) with each client on your book
Walk clients through their numbers — leads, cost per lead, what's working — and make the value impossible to miss
Hold clients accountable to actually working the leads we generate for them
Keep every client's health status current (???? / ???? / ????) and flag at-risk accounts before they ever think about canceling
Send each client a weekly scoreboard (a clean 1-pager or a short Loom)
Log every call, action item, and owner in our system the same day — nothing slips
You're who we're looking for if you:
Are genuinely top-tier — you've held a client-facing or account role and people trusted you with their money and their business
Have elite organization — you run on systems, never drop a follow-up, and a full calendar makes you calmer, not frazzled
Are an outstanding communicator — clear, warm, confident, persuasive; you can deliver a hard truth kindly ("you're not getting back to your leads fast enough — let's fix that today")
Speak clear, neutral English — you'll be on weekly video calls with U.S. business owners, and they should understand you effortlessly, with zero strain
Are proactive — you chase people; they never have to chase you
Can read a dashboard, find the problem, and tell the client exactly what to do about it
Bonus points: digital marketing fundamentals (leads, CPL, CRM, follow-up); GoHighLevel experience; confident and natural on camera.

Remote. Starts full-time
Compensation: base pay + uncapped performance bonuses for keeping and growing your book.
Recurring weekly schedule with U.S. business-hours overlap required.
