**Account Manager**

**About the Role**
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, supporting onboarding and training processes, and driving long-term client success.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in client retention, growth, and overall service excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Guide clients through onboarding and training processes to maximize service utilization.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and advocate for their interests internally.
- Analyze client data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Resolve client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement client success plans aligned with client goals and objectives.
- Provide ongoing communication, support, and strategic guidance to clients.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance client success strategies.
- Drive client retention, loyalty, and long-term business growth.
- Ensure a professional and ethical approach is maintained in all client interactions.

*Client Relationship Management*
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and follow-up meetings.

- Facilitate training sessions to improve client understanding and engagement.

- Identify and recommend additional services that align with client objectives.
- Develop, implement, and maintain personalized client success plans.
- Monitor client milestones and conduct regular progress reviews.

- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure issues are resolved efficiently with appropriate follow-up.

- Represent client needs across internal departments.
- Collaborate with teams to improve service delivery and client outcomes.

- Adhere to industry standards, company policies, and compliance requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a SaaS environment as an Account Manager, Customer Service Level 2, or Technical Support.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working remotely is preferred.
- Background in customer success, business administration, sales, or related fields is an advantage.
