You will be in the position of account manager within our fulfillment agency, where orders between Dropshippers and Chinese suppliers and manufacturers are processed.
Alongside to this we host a community experience for our members in
Your role is to make sure everything runs smoothly between all the parties and create an awesome and personal customer experience for our clientele.
Your day starts at Notion, checking in on the Task list and clocking in.
In the
Sometimes you will be done within an hour, sometimes there is more to take on.

Tasks
- Check in between 8.30am - 10am PH
- Daily lead processing
- Assisting existing clients
- Communication between different teams
Skills and Characteristics
- Experience with operating
- Sales conversation, dealing with objections cq. price
- Building personal rapport with clients
- Independent thinking and operating
- Pro-active: can find solutions for problems, opting new ideas, no copy-paste mentality.
- Recognises priority tasks and handles everything accordingly
