APP Developer

We are looking for a IOS and Andriod App developer who is free to work on 2 APPs that need to be pushed out in a couple of month. We want someone who can work with us full time to get the apps developed and pushed out to market. I need somone who works concise and fast. I dont want anyone who can not deliver or who delivers slowly and still expects to be paid while delaying our projects. Must be fluent and creative in all of these areas and be available and free on EST zone 5 days a week.
