AI/ML Engineer

As an AI/ML Engineer, you'll be at the heart of MLG's document processing platform, developing and optimizing
machine learning models and LLM-based systems that automatically extract, classify, and structure data from
millions of legal documents. This is a highly impactful role where your work directly determines the accuracy
and efficiency of the entire document processing pipeline.
You'll work on challenging problems at the intersection of OCR, natural language processing, large language
models (LLMs), and information extraction. Your responsibilities span the full ML lifecycle: designing prompts,
fine-tuning models, deploying inference pipelines, evaluating performance, and continuously improving data
accuracy.
You'll collaborate closely with the U.S. Architecture team who defines AI workflows and high-level strategy,
while taking ownership of implementation, model training, and performance optimization. You'll also partner with
backend developers to deploy your models into production pipelines and with QA engineers to validate
extraction accuracy.
