About the Role

We’re looking for a calm, organised AI & Workflow Operations Assistant to support the build-out of a growing AI assistant library. This role is not about strategy or selling — it’s about turning clear instructions into clean, repeatable systems.

You’ll work closely with the founder to help organise, document, and operationalise AI assistants and workflows as they’re developed.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Organising AI assistant prompts and workflows
• Documenting processes clearly in Notion
• Managing versions of assistants (draft / live / updated)
• Setting up simple workflows in tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, or Make (training provided)
• Following step-by-step instructions accurately
• Keeping systems tidy and easy to hand over or scale

What You Will NOT Be Doing
• Writing sales copy
• Pitching or outreach
• Strategic decision-making
• Experimenting without instruction
• Client communication

This is a support + operations role, not a creative or sales role.

Requirements
• Strong written English
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with ChatGPT and AI tools
• Able to follow instructions exactly
• Experience with Notion (or willing to learn quickly)
• Calm, professional communication style

• Basic familiarity with workflow tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, etc.)
• Previous VA or operations support experience
