AI Workflow Developer – Social Content Transcription & Categorization Tool

I am looking for a developer to build a mini workflow / lightweight application that takes a social handle from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Spotify and aggregates all content transcripts into a single document. The tool should pull videos/episodes from the handle, extract transcripts at scale, and generate a structured output that includes both the raw transcripts and categorization tags (topics, themes, formats, etc.).

The final deliverable should be a repeatable system I can use on an ongoing basis—either as a no-code/low-code workflow (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Apify, etc.) or as a simple custom application. Ideally, the workflow should be efficient, reliable, and require minimal maintenance.
