AI Website Implementation Specialist (WordPress / Elementor / AI Systems)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Jennings Social Media & MarTech is seeking an AI-native Website Implementation Specialist who is obsessed with finding faster, smarter ways to build high-performing websites.

This is not a traditional WordPress developer role.

We are looking for someone who actively experiments with AI-powered web development tools and can help us build the next generation of website production workflows.

Our team creates websites for luxury brands, healthcare organizations, law firms, real estate companies, private aviation firms, financial services organizations, event venues, and growth-focused businesses.

The ideal candidate understands how to move from Figma design to production-ready WordPress websites using AI-assisted workflows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Convert Figma designs into responsive WordPress websites
• Build pages using Elementor
• Test and implement AI-assisted website development workflows
• Evaluate tools including Claude Code, Cursor, Relume, Stitch, Transjt.ai, Yotako and emerging AI web technologies
• Optimize websites for performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO, AEO and GEO
• Troubleshoot responsive design issues
• Build reusable design systems and component libraries
• Improve website production efficiency across the agency
• Work closely with AI Design Architects and Creative Directors
• Document workflows and internal best practices
