AI Virtual Assistant (Full Time)

We are a growing company that uses modern AI tools to run our daily operations efficiently. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who is comfortable using AI in their everyday work and who takes pride in doing tasks correctly and on time.

This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who wants stability, clear instructions, and the chance to grow with a company that values reliability and good work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Use AI tools (especially Claude.ai) every day to complete real tasks
- Conduct research and organize findings clearly
- Handle social media tasks and online outreach
- Help set up and manage Facebook and Instagram ads with AI assistance
- Support various project tasks from start to finish
- Follow written step-by-step instructions exactly and report progress
- Provide proof of completed work (screenshots, links, or documents)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Comfortable using AI tools daily (Claude.ai experience is a strong advantage)
- Good written English and clear communication
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
- Honest, organized, and responsive during work hours
- Willing to learn and improve

WORK DETAILS

- Full-time position
