AI Video Editor/Creator - eCom - Long Term Partnership

Summary

We’re EBBA — a fast-scaling e-commerce hub operating 40+ online stores across multiple geographies and niches. Every day, we test dozens of new products and build brands at lightning speed using automation, AI, and performance marketing.

We’re currently looking for a 100% AI Video Editor / Creator to partner with us on a daily basis, supporting the launch of minimum 3 curated products per week using AI-first video creation.

THE PROJECT:

Each week, you’ll receive minimum 4 products. For each product, you’ll create at least 3 AI-generated videos (12–16 videos/week, 30–90 seconds each).

Your goal is to use AI tools, automation, and creative judgment to maximize ad performance.

Each video must include 3 different hooks, ideally as variations within the same video.

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE FROM US:

- Product page URL
- List of competitors
- Full product research document (hooks, pains, personas, academic insights)
- 3-5 scripts per product (each with video direction + 3 hooks — adjustable)
- If applicable, swipe video we want you to get inspiration from

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

We’re not looking for a traditional editor — we’re looking for an AI first creative partner. We expect you to:
- Generate footage entirely with AI (avatars, scenes, b-roll, voice, text, motion, etc.)
- Use AI tools to move fast without sacrificing performance
- Adapt scripts if you see a better opportunity
- Structure videos for maximum scroll-stopping and hook rate impact
- Optimize for performance, not aesthetics alone

HOW YOU’LL BE EVALUATED – SELECTION PROCESS (IMPORTANT):

1. You and our internal editor will each receive 1 product to create 1 AI video ad.
2. We’ll launch all ads in the same Facebook campaign.
3. If your video outperforms, you’ll be hired immediately for the full project.
