AI Video Editor (Full-Time, Remote)

MHI Media is a UK-based e-commerce performance marketing agency that has scaled 50+ DTC brands to 7 and 8 figures. We're looking for a talented AI Video Editor to join our creative team and help produce scroll-stopping ad creatives using both traditional editing tools and cutting-edge AI video technology.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Creating and editing high-quality video ads for DTC e-commerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms
- Using AI video generation and editing tools to produce and enhance ad creatives at speed
- Editing and assembling raw footage, UGC content, and AI-generated clips into polished ad creatives
- Working closely with creative strategists to bring briefs to life with engaging visuals, motion graphics, and transitions
- Iterating quickly on winning ad formats — producing variations, hooks, and new angles
- Maintaining brand consistency across multiple client accounts
- Staying up to date with the latest AI video tools, techniques, and trends

REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
- Experience with AI tools, including Google Flow, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, CapCut, and Higgsfield
- Familiarity with other AI video tools (Runway ML, Kling AI, Pika, Sora, etc.) is a plus
- Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is a plus
- Solid understanding of ad creative best practices for social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for pacing, colour grading, and composition
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
- ?? Must be able to work UK business hours (Monday – Friday)
- ?? Must have a Wise ACH account for payments

NICE TO HAVE:

- Portfolio with AI-generated video examples is a big plus!
- Experience creating ads for e-commerce / DTC brands
- Motion graphics and animation skills
- Experience working in an agency environment
- Understanding of what makes a high-performing paid social ad
