Summary

We're a performance creative AGENCY looking for a part-time AI Video Editor who can take a script and turn it into a scroll-stopping, high-pace short-form video ad — start to finish, using an AI-first workflow.



This is not a "cut clips together" role. You'll be building ads from the ground up using AI tools: generating visuals, animating them, lip-syncing characters, adding AI voiceover, and editing it all into a punchy ad that converts.

What you'll do

- Take the scripts we provide and develop them into full video concepts
- Generate images/visuals with AI, then bring them to life using animation and lip-sync tools (e.g. Kling, Hedra, and similar)
- Create AI voiceovers using ElevenLabs
- Edit everything into fast-paced, high-retention short-form ads (Meta, TikTok, Reels)
- Iterate quickly on feedback and keep a consistent output pace

**You must have**

- Proven experience editing short-form, high-pace video ads (not just organic content)
- AI video ads in your portfolio — we want to see real examples, not just "I know the tools"
- Hands-on experience with AI generation and animation tools: image generation, Kling, higgsfield (or equivalents), lip-syncing tools, and ElevenLabs for voice
- A strong sense of hooks, pacing, and ad structure that holds attention and drives action
- Ability to take a script and run with it — ideating angles and visuals on your own

Nice to have

- Direct-response / paid ads experience
- Your own toolkit and subscriptions to the AI tools above


YOU WILL START HOURLY, THEN MOVE TO PART-TIME THEN FULL TIME WHEN WE WILL HAVE MORE WORK
