AI Video Creator & Editor (Fully Remote)

Description
• You will be creating videos using AI tools such as Nano Banana Pro, Veo 3, Elevenlabs and more. And editing the videos within CapCut. Also using automation tools to create videos.
• You are expected to be able to create production ready videos within the first day, so previous experience is a must and kindly don't apply if you don't have this.

BONUS POINTS
• If you have copy writing skills for selling products.
• If you understand a good verbal and visual hook.
• If you understand good image placement.

SALARY
• Base $200 per month + $2 for every video created.
• Expectations of 6 minimum videos each day (long and short videos). Meaning minimum, you will earn each month = $400 + Bonus.

BONUS
• 100k view video: $5
• 250k view video: $10
• 500k view video: $20
• 1M view video: $40
• This can happen very easily because the content I use are already viral, and its also in my best interest to get high view videos, and whether this happens or not will also depend on your video skills.

LONG TERM GOALS
• Become AI Video Generator & Editor Manager where you will be managing a team of other video editors.

FULL TIME
• 10am – 6pm Indochina Time Monday – Saturday. Flexibility when you have personal needs.

Workflow:
1. I will provide you with daily with scripts.
2. You will generate images in nano banana pro.
3. You will create the videos in Veo3 or Automation tool.
5. You will edit the video in capcut and post the final version.

I will work with you daily to make sure you have everything you need to complete your tasks, and help you if you have problems.
I will set daily goals for you to achieve, and it is important that you meet these daily goals.

Requirements
• Strong English
• Personal computer to work on
• Strong internet connection
• Previous experience in using AI Tools (Eleven Labs, Heygen, ChatGPT and Veo3)
• Previous experience in video editing within capcut
• Know how to prompt AI tools to achieve desired results
• Understand of short form content and can think of creative ways to create videos
• Able to bring in new ideas that is better than the current
• Understanding of what a good "Hook" is
• Able to listen to instructions and follow guidance
• Attention to detail
• Want to grow within video editing, and e-commerce space
