What You’ll Work On
• Video content for brand campaigns, product launches, and narrative storytelling.
• Cinematic short-form videos with strong visual storytelling and pacing.
• UGC-style content that feels authentic and native to social platforms.
• Character-based storytelling with visual and narrative continuity across scenes.
• Image generation workflows (Midjourney, Ideogram, Leonardo, etc.) to develop consistent characters, props, and environments.
• AI video generation using tools such as Veo, Sora, Runway, Pika, or Kaiber.
• Styleframes, shot lists, and storyboards to align creative direction pre-production.
• Camera movement planning and composition for dynamic, cinematic scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Production
• Develop and execute AI-driven video concepts from creative brief to final delivery.
• Use AI tools to generate video sequences, animations, and transitions that align with narrative direction.
• Create styleframes, concept art, and consistent character references using image generation tools.
• Edit and composite outputs for cohesive storytelling, pacing, and audio alignment.
• Apply best practices in lighting, framing, and cinematic flow to elevate final output.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and project structures across multiple clients.
Creative Direction & Collaboration
• Interpret creative briefs and contribute visual ideas that push narrative depth.
• Collaborate with strategists and PMs to align creative execution with campaign messaging.
• Suggest innovative visual approaches using AI-enhanced workflows.
Workflow & Reporting
• Keep your production queue organized and communicate proactively about deliverables.
• Submit concise end-of-day updates summarizing progress, blockers, and next steps.
• Maintain consistency in file naming, documentation, and process adherence.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in video production, AI video creation, or cinematic storytelling.
• Strong grasp of composition, pacing, lighting, and visual continuity.
• Proven experience using AI video tools (Veo, Sora, Runway, Pika, Kaiber, or similar).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience using image generation tools (Midjourney, Ideogram, Leonardo, etc.) for ideation and visual development.
• Ability to produce cohesive, story-driven videos across multiple formats.
• Excellent written communication and self-management in remote environments.
• Creative curiosity — a passion for exploring new storytelling workflows and technologies.
Bonus Skills
• Familiarity with AI voice tools (ElevenLabs) or basic sound design.
• Background in UGC or creator-style short-form content.
• Experience creating content for Web3, tech, or AI-native brands.
