AI Video Content VA / AI Short-Form Content Operator

We are looking for a part-time AI Video Content VA / Short-Form Content Operator to help create and schedule AI-generated vertical videos for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Facebook.

Perfect for someone who has free time not during working hours. We just need videos scheduled to be posted.

This is a simple but quality-focused daily workflow.

Your main tasks:
- Take a provided AI video prompt and enter it into our AI video generation tool
- Generate multiple video options from the prompt
- Use your own judgment to choose the best, funniest, most realistic, most viral-looking video
- Create or make small prompt adjustments when needed to improve the result
- Download and organize the selected videos
- Upload or schedule the videos to YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook
- Follow the posting times and instructions we provide
- Keep a simple daily log of what was generated, selected, and scheduled

The content style is short-form viral comedy, often involving realistic AI scenes, funny animals, awkward situations, and absurd but believable ---------- nts. Good visual judgment is important. You should be able to tell when a video looks funny, realistic, weird in a good way, or unusable.

You do NOT need to be a professional video editor. But you must be comfortable using AI tools, uploading videos, following instructions, and making good content-quality decisions.

Expected output:
- 3 finished/scheduled videos per day
- Around 1-2 hours of work per day
- Part-time, long-term role if the trial goes well

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good taste for short-form TikTok / Reels / Shorts style content
- Comfortable using AI tools
- Reliable internet
- Able to follow SOPs exactly
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Basic English reading/writing
- Experience with YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, + AI video creators like Sora, google Geo, Wan AI tools is a plus
