AI UGC Video Creator / Video Editor / Creative Designer (Supplements & Problem-Solving Products)

We are looking for a full-time AI UGC Video Creator / Video Editor / Creative Designer to join our e-commerce team immediately.

This role is perfect for someone who understands AI video creation, UGC-style ads, supplement and health products, Meta/Facebook advertising, and realistic customer-style testimonial videos.

We are not just looking for a basic video editor. We are looking for a creative person who can take a product image, create a realistic person or model, build a strong UGC-style video concept, write or improve the script, add voiceover, and deliver polished ad creatives that are ready to run on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

## What You Will Create

You will create daily ad creatives for supplements, wellness, and problem-solving products, including:

- AI-generated UGC-style videos
- Realistic customer testimonial-style videos
- Problem and solution videos (show the problem, then the product as the answer)
- Before/after style result videos
- Product unboxing videos
- "My daily routine" videos (someone using the product in their morning or night routine)
- Mirror selfie / talking-to-camera videos
- Voiceover ads
- Product highlight videos for supplements, capsules, gummies, powders, drinks, skincare, and other health or problem-solving products
- Short-form ads for Meta, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook Ads

### Example video concepts:

- A person receives a parcel, opens it, shows the supplement, and talks about why they ordered it and what problem they wanted to fix.
- A 45+ person talks about how they struggled with low energy (or sleep, joints, bloating, focus, hair, skin, etc.) and how this product helped.
- A simple "3 reasons I take this every day" talking video with text on screen.
- A customer-style UGC video where the person talks about how easy the product is to use, how it tastes or feels, and why it fits into a busy day.
- A "problem ? solution ? result" video that hooks the viewer in the first 3 seconds with a relatable problem.

## Tools You Should Know

You should have experience using AI tools such as:

- Seedance
- Kling AI
- Higgsfield
- Nano Banana / Nano Banana Pro
- ChatGPT
- HeyGen
- Runway
- Google Veo
- ElevenLabs
- CapCut
- Canva
- Premiere Pro
- Photoshop or similar tools

You do not need to use every tool, but you must be confident creating realistic AI videos and improving them with editing, voiceover, captions, music, and strong ad structure.

## Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

- Turning product images into realistic lifestyle images and videos
- Creating realistic AI people/models using or talking about our products
- Writing or improving UGC scripts and hooks built around a clear problem and solution
- Creating natural voiceovers and customer-style dialogue that sounds real, not scripted
- Editing videos with captions, music, transitions, product close-ups, and strong hooks
- Making creatives that feel real, natural, and not overly AI-generated
- Creating ads designed to stop scrolling and drive clicks, sales, and conversions
- Testing different angles for supplements and problem-solving products
- Following platform rules around health and supplement claims (no fake or extreme "cure" promises)
- Working quickly and delivering creatives daily
- Taking feedback and improving creatives based on performance

## What We Are Looking For

We want someone who can think like a creative strategist, not just a video editor.

You should be able to look at a product and suggest strong ad angles such as:

- "The natural way to fix [problem]"
- "What I wish I knew sooner"
- "I tried everything before this"
- "My honest 30-day results"
- "Energy after 40/50"
- "The 10-second part of my morning routine"
- "If you struggle with [sleep / bloating / focus / joints], watch this"
- "Doctor-formulated and easy to take"
- "Simple daily habit that changed everything"
- "Customer try-it-yourself style"

The goal is not just to make beautiful videos. The goal is to create ads that help generate sales.

## Editing Skills We Look For

- **Pacing:** Fast-paced editing and fast at revisions
- **Visual Hooks:** Strong use of text overlays, B-roll, and sound effects
- **Direct Response Focus:** Understands different styles of creatives (AI, UGC, compilation, etc.)
- **Iteration Speed:** Able to quickly test new concepts

## Requirements

You must have:

- Experience creating UGC-style video ads
- Experience creating videos for supplements, health, wellness, beauty, or problem-solving products
- Experience with AI video generation tools
- Strong video editing skills
- Good understanding of Meta/Facebook ad creatives
- A good eye for realism, lighting, colors, and clean product presentation
- Ability to create realistic human/model videos using AI
- Ability to write or improve hooks, scripts, and voiceovers
- An understanding of advertising rules for health and supplement products
- Strong attention to detail
- Fast delivery and reliable communication
- A creative mindset and willingness to test new ideas

## Work Style

This is a full-time remote position with an **immediate start**.

We are looking for someone long-term who can grow with our supplement and wellness brands. You must be available daily, work quickly, and be comfortable receiving feedback.

You should be excited about AI, health and wellness products, video creation, and direct-response advertising.

## Bonus Structure

In addition to your monthly salary, we offer monthly performance bonuses based on how well your creatives perform.
