KenergyAI is a US-based building technology company specializing in AI-powered energy efficiency software for large commercial buildings. Our mission is to help buildings become more sustainable, intelligent, and cost-efficient through advanced controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), and AI technologies.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a skilled Technical Virtual Assistant with some AI/agent-building experience to support our marketing efforts. You will primarily help create, manage, and optimize AI agents (using tools like Grok, Claude, ChatGPT) that assist with content generation, documentation, lead outreach, and marketing automation. You will also handle other technical tasks including software testing and documentation writing. This is a remote, part-time role (starting at 20 hours per week) with potential to grow into more hours based on performance. You should have at least 5 years of strong technical experience such as software development or IT.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create, configure, test, and manage AI agents for marketing tasks (content creation, social media, email campaigns, lead qualification, etc.).
Use AI agents to draft, refine, and produce high-quality documentation, technical articles, case studies, LinkedIn posts, and marketing materials.
Test our software platforms and provide feedback/bug reports.
Handle various technical tasks as needed (research, data analysis, tool integrations, workflow automation).
Collaborate closely with the team via meetings, Teams, and shared tools.
Be highly responsive during core working hours and track all time accurately in our time-tracking software.

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone intellectually sharp, quick-thinking, and resourceful who can adapt rapidly to new challenges
You should have 5 years of experience in software development or IT
Strong technical skills and proven experience creating and managing AI agents/automations.
Comfortable working with AI tools (Claude, Grok, ChatGPT, etc.) for content generation, documentation, and automation.
Experience with technical writing, software testing, and general technical support tasks.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Must be available for meetings and responsive M-F from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST (you must be able to consistently attend calls in this window).
Willing to use our time-tracking software and communicate proactively.
