AI Systems & Automation Manager (Construction + Real Estate)

We are a U.S.-based construction and real estate company seeking a high-level AI Systems & Automation Manager to help streamline operations, reduce manual work, and build intelligent workflows across multiple businesses.

This is NOT a basic virtual assistant or entry level position.
You will work directly with me - the owner - to design and implement systems that:

Automate repetitive tasks
Improve decision-making
Reduce time spent on operations

Email management
Bookkeeping workflows (QuickBooks)


What You’ll Be Responsible For

Build workflows for:
Estimating & proposal generation
Contract drafting (templates + automation)
Create social media content from project updates
Set up Remote jobsite camera monitoring systems

Assist with:
Project schedules
Payment applications (AIA-style)
Scope writing

You must be experienced with the latest in:

ChatGPT / Claude
Zapier or Make (Integromat)
Prompt engineering
Workflow automation
Google Workspace
Excel / Sheets (important for takeoffs + budgets)


The personality and mindset i'm looking for is someone who is obsessed with building systems, not completing tasks.
A background in engineering, construction, or other building/real estate professions is preferred.
