AI Systems & Automation Architect

We’re looking for a high-level AI Systems & Automation Architect to help us build an AI-powered operating system for our agency.

Your role is to design workflows, automate operations, and create a centralized “second brain” that organizes knowledge, tasks, and communication across the company.

This is a builder role — not a VA or basic automation position.

What You’ll Work On

Building an internal AI knowledge system (SOPs, prompts, workflows)

Automating agency operations:

Task routing

Project workflows


Email organization & responses

Support systems

Invoicing & follow-ups

Creating structured AI prompting systems

Designing scalable automations using n8n and APIs

Required Skills

Strong experience with automation tools (n8n preferred)

Real understanding of AI workflows (beyond basic ChatGPT usage)

Systems thinking & problem-solving mindset

Big Plus

Full-stack development experience

Advanced use of Claude (workflows, structured prompting)

Experience with Gemini and its tools

API integrations
