AI/ Software Developer

Responsibilities

*Develop, fine-tune, and integrate LLMs, machine learning models, and third-party AI APIs into our applications
*Write clean, maintainable code and build robust APIs that connect AI systems to frontend and backend infrastructure
*Continuously improve AI performance by reducing latency, optimizing costs, minimizing hallucinations, and running systematic evaluations of model outputs
*Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into shipped, working features
*Monitor and troubleshoot AI-powered features in production, iterating based on real user feedback

What We're Looking For

*Python skills (required); JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL are a plus
*Hands-on experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), embeddings, and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
*A problem-solving mindset — someone who ships fast, iterates quickly, and genuinely cares about user experience and system reliability
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

Nice to Have

*Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex
*Familiarity with MLOps practices
*Experience deploying models on GPU infrastructure
